What kind of camera should I get?

I'm a 14 year old boy. I want something decent for around $100-$150. I would use it to take pictures while snowboarding, boating, etc. I'm looking for something durable that has a good quality and can catch moving pictures.

is an Olympus or Fujifilm better? i want the clearest picture so if you have any idea about these cameras please let me know, disregard the price on the links. the place i am buying one of them at has the same price for both.
