what camera should i get?

should i get a flip mino/ultra hd or the nikon coolpix s8100?
i really want the best video quality. the nikon has 1080p but the flip has 70p at 60fps

Olympus Stylus Tough, it is freezeproof, shockproof, waterproof to 33 feet, and very sturdy. I believe it is HD video and takes great stills and video. I'm only waiting until I have a bit more cash, then I buy one.

Hello. I need your help please!
I need a Video camera with / that can:
1) be waterproof
2) has Optical Zoom more than 15x
3) good resolution with low light
4) 1080p 60fps and more
5) cost less than 400 dollars.
I was thinking to buy a Gopro hero 3+ but finally I won't because it has not zoom!!!!

You're asking for a lot for very little money. As I was reading this I was thinking of the panasonic AG-AC160a, but then I saw your $400 limit. I would suggest prioritizing what you want in a camera and buying what you can (while sacrificing other features). You might have to settle for a gopro and buy a second camera that has the optical zoom you're looking for. 1080p@60fps is going to be a rare find under $400.
