I have the casio ex-S10 its good for fast pictures, it is a 10 mega pixel camera. you can get it from 190-250$
Then you buy the underwater case for it when is about 160$
This might be a little much but the camera is great, i use it for water polo.

I'm wanting to get a waterproof camera case for my canon camera. I think I found a good case, I'm just wondering if the pictures will still look good if they are in the case.

Well it depends. If it is the Canon case, it won't be too bad. The big thing is to get your white balance right. Underwater is a whole new realm of white balancing. Also, pay attention to the lighting. You may have less light which will force a slower shutter speed which might introduce blur or it might raise your ISO which will introduce noise.
