Does the fuji film xp10 underwater camera take good out-of-water shots?

I'm contemplating in getting the fuji film xp10 underwater camera , but I'm wondering does it take good normal pictures too. I know the sound is a bit dodgey in video but I don't mind, just I want to be able to take good shots of out-of-water pictures too!

It's okay, the colour is kinda off and not very good, and many people i know have problems with the colouring, battery defects (having to take out the battery to turn it on/off), and its supposed to be "adventure proof" but my friend's is breaking just on the outside (buttons coming off, shutter button not working) but i have heard good things about it too.

i am essentially looking for an all in one perfect camera. like the ultimate swiss army knife version of a camera.
HD video looked extremely ugly and unnecessary, almost as if it is condensed fast forwarded past real time.
I saw flip video.
i'm looking for best cost effectiveness
maybe portability.
memory capacity. battery life.
ability to have great durability under stress and shock, or impact on dropping.
ease of use.
ability to zoom in, zoom out without losing image quality
easy to upload and process and quick in speed of time
ability to capture in detail for people to zoom in and out when they feel like it on video.
maybe caption feature
features + ease to use.

i saw panasonic lumix camera.
was wondering if dslr is better?
memory or card doesn't easily corrupt.
should have easy printer at home type photos rather than me buying it from a photo print shop. (goes into cost effective camera)

can be used underwater without breaking. I want to go scuba diving.
should be able to snapshot super fast moving things as still objects.
could have an easy hanging apparatus method or counterpart, such as a tripod, flexible comprehensive camera equipment for all types of camera work. should be able to hang on a car window like a police cam. could also double as surveillance camera. should be able to be attached to my body in both swimming while scuba, and in mining operations while I go into caves and explorations. hooks on to me. can also hook onto a sports mountain bike secure.

comprehensive uses with all sorts of computer software
very easy to understand manual, should be able to teach everything superfast.
the video quality should look highly realistic rather than fake as if you were seeing it with your own eyes instead, as if you were really there
it should be serious archival quality video recording
should be easy to use for skype webcam conference specifically or whatever
should be easily clamped onto anything including a helmet for cave exploration or diving mask. can also be used as an extra lamp clamp for deep sea exploration?
