im looking for a good digital camera that i can take on a boating trip in the keys. im not looking to spen more than $300. Also i dont want to be sure that i can use this in salt water and go to around 30 feet thanks

My family is going on a cruise in July and we would like to purchase a waterproof digital camera. It will be used to take underwater pictures in the pool and the beach but as well as a regular camera capturing sunsets and family pictures. I don't want to take 2 cameras on the cruise so I want the camera to be good at both. I'm not looking to spend more than $350 so that eliminates some top of the line cameras. I am a scuba diver however I realize that most cameras only go to about 30 feet or something like that. So If you guys could help me out and give me input on what to buy that would be great! Thank you!
