I'm looking for a digital camera that is waterproof but i don't want the quality of the pictures to be comprimised. Can anyone guide on what would be my best bet a want a really good camera that is waterproof and inexpensive?

And Olympus tends to give you more for your money, so you get a better deal over all.

I need to buy a light-weight breatheable pair of waders for fly fishing. Any suggestions? Any that I should stay away from?

I buy my waders from Cabela's.
They carry a Cabela's brand, selling breathable waders for as low as $59 to $240.
Remember the old saying, you get what you pay for.
I really like the Guide Tech Dry Plus breathable waders, those sell for around $190. The built in chest pack is a great place for my digital camera and other items.
The stocking foot wader feels a whole lot better than the usual feet found in waders. A quote from Cabela's: "Stockingfoot Waders have neoprene feet ergonomically designed to fit your right and left foot better and feature durable, high-density soles for a longer life."
