What is the best digital camera to take skiing that is waterproof, shockproof and everythingproof?

I have a budget of like £150 and it would be much easier if the camera could be bought in the UK. I'd like it to be quite up to date so about 10 megapixels, good zoom and you can add loads of effects like black and white etc and you can add text to the photos as well etc.

The only cameras I know of in the UK that are shock- and water-proof are the Olympus Mju series. Whether or not they're under 150 pounds I dunno. The zoom will be average on them and they'll have lots of colour features. No camera will allow you to add text to the photos but that can easily be done with a free computer program like Picasa.

i bought a kodak mini pocket waterproof camera recently to take on holiday and it has a usb thing built in, it can only be charged by a laptop so how can i charge it up on holiday? is there anything i can buy too charge it?
