Q. 150 dollars max, i'm only 15 so i don't have that much money and im going to Cuba soon so I want to take pictures in the ocean.

Unless you are willing to buy a cheap, plastic, fixed focus camera with no optical zoom, the cheapest camera you want is closer to about $250. Olympus and Pentax make under water and shock proof cameras ... the Olympus models are called "SW". You will have to search http://www.dpreview.com for the Pentax P&S cameras that are waterproof

If you currently have a P&S camera, there are underwater housings (they look like a double sealed "ziplock" bag, but they have a lens port on them so you can get clear shots.

Remember the deeper you go, the less red light penetrates the water, so the images will start to look cyan (blue-green)

I have brought my waterproof camera into the ocean quite a few times, and now the latches to get to the battery and sd card are jammed. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried soaking it in lukewarm water to dissolve any salt.
