I have a Sony DSC-W290 digital camera. I want to be able to take pictures completely underwater, near marine life, and I don't want to spend a forune because I won't get tons of opportunity to use it.

There is no waterproof camera that have touchscreen for under $200.You can get only touchscreen camera.Here is it.
