Im using a camera for first time.Im a teenager. Price should be below 5000INR (or) $100.
Features should be like: All kind of focuses should be present.
Few white balance options.
Should be capable of recording HD videos...

Don't mind too much about the features..Just please suggest a best camera below that price...
