waterproof digital camera disposable image
Trickey
So we are going to Cedar Point tomorrow. I want to take pictures of all of us while there. What is the best way to carry it with me? I want to go on water rides too. I was thinking of getting a waterproof disposable camera and just forgo the digital camera. Any pointers would be greatful thanks.
Answer
Put it in a Ziploc bag and carry it inside a well-padded camera case. Most cases, by themselves would be sufficient to protect the camera from moisture, but a Ziploc bag will add another layer of defense. The only word of caution I would offer is that you should watch the temperature, as condensation could build up inside the Ziploc bag in extreme temperatures.

What digital underwater camera should i get?
Steph
I want to get a waterproof camera but i probably wouldn't use it that often so i dont want to spend a lot for it. I'm only willing to spend about $50 for it.
i have considered disposable but i want to be able to see my picture before i pay to have them printed and be able to delete the bad or blurry ones.

Vivitar ViviCam 5188 5MP CMOS, 8x Digital Zoom - $59
Waterproof to 15m/45'

Have you considered a disposable film camera?
Fujifilm Quick Snap Waterproof 35mm Fuji Disposable / Single Use Underwater Camera (5 Pack) - $36.50. Depth given as 17'.

That's five cameras. Image quality would be better than most digitals in your price range but remember it will cost you around $10 to get each one processed (24 pictures).
Available singly at $10
