Does anyone know how i could make a waterproof camera case?

I have a camera and want to take pictures with it underwater in my pool, but it's not waterproof. I was wondering if there is a way that I could make my own case to use with it. I would only be having the camera underwater for a few seconds at a time. I didn't know if a ziplock bag would work, so i didn't try it.
Have any ideas?

You can get the waterproof pouches from DiCAPac for $20.

If i put my camera underwater in a ziplock bag will it be ok?

i wanna take pictures under water... with a junk camera it has no significant use for me tho.. i was just wondering in i put it say in a zip lock bag and taped it nicely together so no holes would it still take pictures?

Not a good idea, unless it's a disposable camera. As a matter of fact, they make waterproof disposables, if you are looking for cheap, why not get one of those.

If are a little more serious, look at the aqua-pak.
