What Pocket Camera Should I buy out of these 3?

Kodak ZX1

May use will be for videoing while on holiday. I am currently favouring the Kodak model because it takes AA batteries so easy to switch out if run out of battery, but its only 720P unlike the other two which shoot in 1080P.

So which one would you recommend?
I do have a low budget of around $100 USD.

I would like a camera that has the following features: small (fit in my pocket), an optical zoom greater than or equal to 6, at least 10.1 megalpixel, runs on AA bateries, is water proof, shock proof and can play video.
