What's the best video camera for concerts?

I need a good camera that is HD and has really really good zoom& great sound. I have a flip camera at the moment but it's not the best for zooming in when you are kinda high up. But the sound is great the zoom is awful. & not ridiculously expensive.

Well I have no experience with this type of thing, but I want to practice and then eventually try shooting little music vids for practice, probably just of me and then of others later. I don't have a huge amount of money, but what equipment should I start with (lighting, camera etc). Do you think I need more than one camera?
