I seen a digital, if you drop it in water it'll still work, or drop is 6 foot or under. I believe it was a 4 mg pix, not sure or about the brand, it was about 300 bucks. I can't find it, can you help? I'm looking for family fun shots, horse, a bit or zoom to it? I haven't a clue what I need or is a good brand, so any help would be great. Thanks I want to stay about 200 bucks but am willing if I think it's worth it to go 300 bucks! Thanks to all:) I was looking online at the Walmart that's all I have in my area, K-mart sucks bad, and Rite Aid, don't have much to pick from. O and a radio shack?
O and if it matters, I tend to take a photo in and blow it up, just a inch or so, not to big. Maybe the biggest a 8 X 10.

What you want is one that is waterproof and shock resistent. Most cameras will be destroyed by a drop or getting wet.

Ideas to waterproof my digital camera?

I'm going to the beach over spring break, and I'd like to bring my camera along and take pictures at the beach, but I'm afraid it might slip or accidentally fall into the pool or ocean. Any ideas how to keep it protected?
If not, are there any cheap disposable waterproof digital camera(ones I can go back and delete pictures before printing)?
Thanks!

There are cases you can buy from sporting stores that fit over cameras. Some are hard shelled and some are soft. I included a link at the bottom for Mountain Equipment Co-op. They've got a ton of stuff. There's a really crap camera at Walmart for $20 that's waterproof and digital. But it's got nooooo picture quality whatsoever. I would suggest the cases. Or just be extra careful with it. Then again, there's always the good old Ziploc bag. hahaha.
