There are 2 models that I would recommend.
First is Canon D10 12.1 MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.5-inch LCD
Waterproof to 33 feet, cold resistant from 14-104 degrees (F) and shockproof up to 4 feet
It take goo pictures both in and out pool

Less water proof dept than D10 but it can record AVCHD Lite HD video
