What is a dishwasher worthy video camera model?

I want a video camera that has a good balance of price and quality. In the end, its going in a dishwasher. :P I dont need fancy stuff like waterproofing or night-vision, I already have a plan for that. It has to be under $30 and quality like that of the average cell phone or better. What model would best suit this project?

You will have to be a little clever, and will need a 2nd camera or other recording devise. But when you need to destroy a camera, these are the way to go. You can simply put it in a plastic bag and run wires out for power and recording video.

Would it be a good idea to use a ziplock back to store a cellphone or a camera for underwater at the beach?

I want to use my camera underwater to take pictures and I want to keep my cellphone with me at all times so no one could take it. Has anyone done this with a ziplock bag?
