What is the best digital camera for being waterproof and not too expensive?

I'm looking to buy a new digital camera for spring/summer time. i don't need it to do lots of fancy things, i don't want it to be huge, small enough for a purse or small compartment in a backpack. i need it to be waterproof because I'll be taking it camping. just takes nice pictures outdoors and indoors and a little video action on it, in a max about $300/$350 range.

I make beauty YouTube videos and I am in the market for a new digital camera.

It must have good video quality and lots of memory.
I'd really like one with a remote for easier video pausing/stopping/starting etc.
Under $200 is a must!

The only one that I could find was I small camera - supposed to be used as a camera to put on your helmet. It includes a remote. Here is the link, but be warned that the video is not that great quality:
