What's a good underwater digital camera with fisheye?

I want to have a camera that's not too expensive, that's waterproof and has fisheye. Not with housing but an actual underwater camera.

Does the Coleman Xtreme c5wp shock waterproof camera take video?

I just recently ordered the Coleman Xtreme c5wp shock waterproof camera. I was planning on using it for pictures at beaches and at pools. Now I'm wondering does it take video? Thank you.

Too bad you did not look at the Nikon S30 camera for under $120. It has an optical zoom and can shoot HD video. It is also shock and waterproof

The Coleman is more of a toy with NO optical zoom and no listing for a video feature.
