I'm wanting to get a waterproof camera case for my canon camera. I think I found a good case, I'm just wondering if the pictures will still look good if they are in the case.

Well it depends. If it is the Canon case, it won't be too bad. The big thing is to get your white balance right. Underwater is a whole new realm of white balancing. Also, pay attention to the lighting. You may have less light which will force a slower shutter speed which might introduce blur or it might raise your ISO which will introduce noise.
