Im looking for a digital camera?

I'm looking for a digital camera, preferably something small and not too expensive, that will take multiple pictures in a second and will also record HD video. i will probably use it most often for snowboarding or biking pictures and video. I would also like if it had a memory card slot, i don't know of many cameras that don't, but whatever. whats out there that fits this description for under $500?

Sounds like you're an active person and need a ruggedized camera. While all cameras can take some abuse, there are some that have been ruggedized so that they can drop to concrete from 10 feet, go underwater to 30 feet and survive heat and cold. Look at these
