Which rugged digital camera is best?

So I just went to bestbuy and they have in the new olympus stylus touch 6000 and it seems like a good deal. for $299 its waterproof, shock proof and freeze proof. Reviews say it isnt a bad rugged digital cam but a lot of them suggest other rugged camera's instead but I didnt see any other ones at bestbuy. Anyone have any thoughts on it? Maybe personal experience with rugged cameras? I actually found the olympus for $263 online.

Where can I get this camera?

Where can I get the Olympus waterproof tg-310 camera in a STORE? I see it on everywebsite I can think of: best buy, target, office max/depot, toys r us, sears, kmart...everywhere! I want to find it and buy it in a store. I can't seem to find it in a store without having to order it. I don't have enough time to order it before I need it so please help!!

Have You Considered On Using an Actual Camera Store instead of these Electronic Stores that has Very, Very, Very Limited and So Called Camera Selection.
