What is a good quality waterproof camera that is cheap, too?

I am looking for a waterproof/ shockproof camera. I want it to be under $200 at least, too. Any suggestions??

The Pentax W60 is an interesting waterproof camera but it may be bit above your budget.

I plan on going scuba diving in Hawaii and need a waterproof camera case that can go at least 20-30ft.
