Whats a good but cheap digital camera?

Q. I'd like a good quality digital camera but it must be under $100. I'm only fifteen, dont got a job. My mom got laid off, and my dad works in a supermarket. We can barely pay for rent but i really want a camera. I've wanted one since last year but was too afraid to ask. I still haven't asked yet because i've already bought back-to-school clothes that costed about $100. I just want to be prepared to know which ones are good and which ones suck. thanks!

What's a good WATERPROOF HD DIGITAL CAMERA?

Q. I'm going to cali ndd so im thinking bout vlogging my days at there. i need a waterproof hd waterproof camera so i can video tape and take pictures underwater when i go to beaches.

For that budget, your option for a waterproof camera is quite limited. But here are a few suggestions :-

1. Fuji XP10 (around $110)
2. Kodak Playsport (a waterproof videocam that could actually take photos)

The Fuji is also shockproof but the video quality is not as good as the Kodak. See my link for the list of waterproof cameras that you might want to check.
