Picking a waterproof camera?

Ok, so in about 6 months I am going on a trip to Belize and want to bring a good camera. I have several things i am looking at:
good megapixels
very good macro setting
waterproof for at least 10 feet
shockproof
a wide angle mode or something like that

I don't know much about cameras, but I'm thinking macro and wide angle might be counter-intuituve (can only one, not both).
I want the good macro for the cool insects, plants, etc we come upon.
I want the waterproof for two reasons: its a rainforest; and we will be going snorkeling

As far as the snorkeling, i don't think we will be going deep so water proof doesn't need to be too deep. I also was thinking a wide angle mode wold be nice to take photos of the reefs and sea life while snorkeling.

So far i've been looking and have narrowed my main consideration down to the Pentax Optio W90 (http://www.pentaximaging.com/digital-camera/Optio_W90_Black/) and the Olympus Stylus Tough 6020 (http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/product.asp?product=1496)

I will consider other options but these are what I'm thinking of so far

Q. This Christmas, I'm getting a new camera! But I want a waterproof camera and a good camera in general. And please don't tell me to get a case because I don't want one! But if you have a good waterproof camera please give your suggestions!

All good waterproof and some shock and dust proof as well.
