Does anyone make a helmet video camera with hi-res and an external microphone jack?

I'm looking for a "helmet" video camera to mount on my motorcycle bars.

I want one that's:
Waterproof
Hi-Res (640x480 +)
has EXTERNAL microphone capability
and is UNDER $300

Does this exist?
I can't find any under $300 with a mic jack that aren't total crap.

At your stated budget? No.

So your choice is to lower your video quality requirement or increase your budget.

The Oregon ATC3K seems to be okay - ie. rugged, relatively cheap, and waterproof - but some reviews I've read say it doesn't handle vibration very well leading to streaky video. Are there any alternatives that people could reccomend?

VholdR ContourHD. it takes really good video for the price, vibration isn't as big of a problem as it is with oregon sci's. And you can twist the lens to get your shot level no matter how you mount it.
