Best HD Camcorder £100-£200?

Hi, i'm looking for a £100-£200 HD camcorder, either a flip style with the USB arm attached or a pistol grip style. I am looking to sell my Kodak Zi8 because want something newer. I'm currently contemplating the Sanyo Xacti VPC CG100. Wondering if anyone knows any better ones within the budget. (Must be 1080p by the way)

I think you should go with the kodak zx3 (playsport)
its 1080p/30fps but with any camera in your pricerange you should be more concerned about framerate, It also records at 720p/60fps (which is waaay better!)
and sometimes you can find it at superstore and such for $120 or so, i also did i mention its waterproof for up to 10 feet?

PS theres also the zx5 (the newer version) but there are some things better in the zx3 ill list some differences
