Best place in Los Angeles to get disposable underwater camera film developed?

I just returned from a trip to Maui and used a couple of disposable underwater cameras. I have had similar cameras/film developed and have been disappointed with the quality at Walgreen's and CVS. I live in Santa Monica, but am willing to drive (hopefully not too far) to get decent developed pics. I would appreciate any suggestions. Mahalo!

How much would a digital underwater camera cost?

I had a disposable underwater camera this summer that cost about 15$, and 10$ to develop the film. Half of the pictures didn't even turn out that well, so I was thinking of investing in a digital underwater camera. I think in the long run it would save me money, since I'm not paying so much to develop 50/50 pictures.
I just want a cheap one, nothing fancy. Does anyone know the price range?

if you want high quality, and under water ability you are probably looking at $50-$150
