Is the Canon PowerShot D10 the best waterproof camera?

So im looking into getting a waterproof camera, and all websites say that's the Canon PowerShot D10
is the best one out there, is it?
Also how many frames per second?
And are the photos clear in and out of water?

Witch waterproof camera do you find better?

I would like to buy waterproof camera and I am in dilemma between PANASONIC LUMIX DMC-TS2 and OLYMPUS STYLUS TOUGH-8010. Please tell me which one do you find better and why.

Or you can suggest me something else. It is important to me that it is waterproof 10m, have wide angle, make quality videos and make great shots underwater...

For the spec Olympus Stylus Tough 8010 is better, but rating review/popular camera a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS2 is better, The final is depend on you.
