best waterproof movie camera image

I am camera stupid. If you take a picture and hit the share button does it send it from anywhere? Does one have to be around wi-fi.Is there a camera less expensive but just as good as Kodak? Thanks for the help.

Sorry, it's not as easy as that.
It's just marketing at work. You get software that supposedly makes it easier to upload your pictures to your computer...as all the camera makers claim about their software and they use the same simple USB connector as everybody else...no WiFi involved.
The Easyshare cameras are good quality cameras that are similar to all the other cameras in the same price range.
The best value-for-money camera that I've come across recently is this Pentax.
10mp, 5x zoom, HD Movie and waterproof.... $94.99
