best waterproof camera ts3 image

i am a sophomore in college and am looking to buy my first camera. i will be working at a summer camp this summer and would like a nice camera to be able to document my time spent there. i have a few specifications including: fits in my pocket ( im not huge on this but it would be a plus) less than $200 dollars and good picture quality. shot to shot doesnt really matter to me as long as it doesnt take forever. if it did have a burst where it could take 3 or more rapidly i would love that.
any advice?

waterproof, shockproof camera.
canon d10 or panasonic ts2 both take excellent pictures and are bulletproof.
the only problem is there a little more than your budget.
the canon is $249 and the panasonic is $270 but that should go down to about $250 also when panasonic comes out with the new ts3 next month.
its probably worth the extra $50 to know if the kids find it and decide to use it as a baseball or drop it in the lake it will still work.
i have the ts2 and it does have a burst mode (3 quick pictures), i don't know about the canon. the ts2 also has 720p HD video, i think the canon is 640x320 still good, both should fit in your pocket.
i love the ts2 pictures and video.
