I am looking for a underwater video hd helmet camera, for snorkeling and diving sessions.
So far i found the GoPro Cam, but i couldn't find any recommendations for underwater filming.
Thank You.

Another option is the Contour. I rent these to people for kayaking and rafting. The waterproof case is good up to 10 meters deep. That's good for snorkeling, but it is pretty shallow for scuba diving. There is another waterproof case for it that can go 100's of feet deep but that case costs around $400.
The Contour cameras shoot in HD and they cost a little less than the GoPro.
I'll include a clip of the camera while diving. Also a link to the waterproof cases. And a link to my site where I rent the cameras.

The underwater world shown in discovery channel and in animal planer is extremely colorful. What type of camera do those men use to capture such amaxing colors with perfect clarity
Answer
I would buy an Amphibious Underwater Camera.
Amphibious underwater cameras are cameras that donât need housing. You can take them right into the water. The cameras are waterproof up to 100 feet or more. They can be digital or film cameras. You can get a variety of attachments and accessories. Amphibious underwater cameras are great for beginners; they have fewer controls and functions than housed cameras and they take great pictures. There are two types of amphibious cameras.
* Rangefinder cameras have viewfinders. You donât have to look through a lens to take a picture.
* With SLR cameras, you must look through a lens to take a picture.
