Can you recommend me a good waterproof camera?

I recently sold my camera because I want to get one that is waterproof. It's my understanding that olympus has one that is waterproof up to 2 or 3 meters? However when I looked online I found other cameras too. If you can suggest one that's good, I would be grateful. My budget is $400 (actually, 40,000 yen lol)

I had the olympus camera and it took great underwater shots. I liked it too because it was shock proof. (I tend to drop my camera alot) As long as you rinse the camera off after taking it underwater it continues to work just fine. The underwater pictures are as clear as regular ones. It has alot of nice features as well. I think now the camera is 299.99.

what type of memory card should i get?

I just ordered an Oregon Scientific ATC3K Waterproof Action Camera online and was wondering what type of memory card would work in it? not size, i plan on getting a 4GB, but i need to know what type, like micro SD, memory stick pro duo, etc. a link to a product would be great too. THANKS!!!
