Best portable Handycam and Digital camera ?

I am planning to buy a small tiny camcorder/digital camera which has 1080P recording.

If it has some built in flash card storage which can do around 5+ recording it will be great.

Any suggestions and model numbers are appreciated.

I want it for filming underwater

The Kodak PLAYSPORT. The one downside to this camera is that it has no image stabilization, but I don't know if thats even a problem underwater.
