I'm going to Hawaii and would like a versatile camera that is waterproof. It needs to be fairly simple so my mother can use it too. Point/click. It needs to take high quality pics. Any suggesions under $200.00?

If you want waterproof, the best is the Olympus Tough.

For your budget, you should be able to get an Olympus TG-820 iHS, or the TG-1 iHS

Both are pretty good cameras and are water/shock proof.
