Hi all, I want to take underwater photos, and the waterproof digital cameras I have seen so far only have digital zoom. Are they available with optical zoom?

Both Pentax and Olympus make underwater cameras with optical zoom.

Try the Pentax Optio W30 or Olympus 1030 SW (or the older 790 SW).

Q. I want to get a waterproof camera but i probably wouldn't use it that often so i dont want to spend a lot for it. I'm only willing to spend about $50 for it.
i have considered disposable but i want to be able to see my picture before i pay to have them printed and be able to delete the bad or blurry ones.

That's five cameras. Image quality would be better than most digitals in your price range but remember it will cost you around $10 to get each one processed (24 pictures).
