im Buying a new Otek HD Underwater 3M Camcorder -DVH-5B1 and was wondering if when it is underwater if you can open the display (screen) or not?

there is not an alternative viewfinder so i would have to think so. i had a waterproof camera good to 3 meters depth and it had an LCD viewing screen, although it was not a flipout style. all things considered, this is a pretty cheaply made camera, if you need underwater shots, get an Olympus Stylus which has several WP models, any of which is better than this turkey.
