Hello I want to buy an underwater camera that is also be used in a normal vacation for picture and video taking. Could you recommend a camera that is good for in water and out of water picture and video taking and is not very expensive?

Most good underwater cameras cost from about $250 to $400

Nikon, Canon, Pentax and Olympus makes them and you can find a list of them on DP Review's website.

Nikon does make an economical underwater camera, the S31 for under $125, but it may not have all the features you want
