In need of a waterproof digital camera that shoots great quality pictures.?

I am going to the Caribbean and need to get an affordable waterproof camera that takes high quality pictures underwater and above. I'll be diving and snorkeling so the farther the depth of the camera the better. I want it to be inexpensive so $150 at most. I'll only be using it this one time so I don't want to spend much. Anybody know of any?

I also suggest you Kodak C123 for such a price. Or if you have a compact digital already, DiCAPac waterproof pouches.

Any waterproof camera cases that can go down to a depth of 20-30ft?
