Im looking for a camera under $400 that is 1800 HD and can film underwater(Water Proof) something that is good for making movies in HD and also good for filming underwater or in water just in case I need to do a scene involved with water

Submarine Mini Camera?

I'm getting a new submarine soon the rc ocean explorer mini something. its the black one, not the white one with propellers on the side. anyways i wanted to buy a camera with it. ive been searching and found a $30 security cam thats waterproof but is pretty big and weighs .75 lbs. i dont think thats light it enough soo i need some ideas ppl. im looking for a cheap but good camera. cheap is under 40 but please suggest watever you can find. its definetly gotta be below $100. ehh nvm just suggest anything lol. ill deal with the budget later.thx a lot u guys helped me pick out my submarine!
