what is a good brand waterproof digital camera?

I have an Olympus Stylus 770 SW - it is great for water and even under water pictures. Also, survived many a sand storms in Iraq. Pretty indestructible.

I know that this is probably asking a lot but...

Is there a camera out there that can take pictures, some video, is waterproof and shockproof that isn't that expensive.

It's alright if it's not super slim, but I'd prefer for it not to be bulky either.

I want a camera to fit this criteria for snowboarding and skateboarding.

The Pentax Optio W series is waterproof, but it's not officially shockproof.
