What Pocket Camera Should I buy out of these 3?

May use will be for videoing while on holiday. I am currently favouring the Kodak model because it takes AA batteries so easy to switch out if run out of battery, but its only 720P unlike the other two which shoot in 1080P.

So which one would you recommend?
I do have a low budget of around $100 USD.

I've had a Kodak easyshare 10mega pixels with a 3xoptical view for the last 4years and its worked fine with me .... it recently broke the screen doesn't work anymore. My mom offered to get me a new one before I go to college. Which digital camera is the best one to get? is there one thats also waterproof?
