What is a good waterproof digital camera?

I'm looking to buy a waterproof camera. I would also like it to be shockproof and sandproof. I would like it to be pretty small and pretty much just good for like taking pics in the pool and stuff. It should be around 8 megapixels. It should have good battery life, too. It can't be too expensive though.

Ok, so I need a good camera that works good in all light not just in the water or in the sun but for anything. I was looking at the fugifilm finepix xp 10 but heard its not to good in low light and the lens's get water in them if their underwater for too long. I also want to record videos they don't need to be that good but I just need to be able to hear it ok and see it ok.
I want this camera to be something I can do everything with and not have to worry about breaking or taking bad pictures.
The camera should be under 700 dollars though I would really like it if it was under 500, since I will be working hard this whole summer to earn it.
I know it's alot to ask for, for a little digtial camera but all I'mreally looking for is:
-Something that won't break in water and will take good pictures and video underwater
-The camera to work great on land in any light
-The video quality decent but the sound pretty good
-The water won't ruin the camera at all
-A camera that you can recharge and plug into your computer
- A slot for the memoery card (i've had a camera without, crazy right?)
Yes that's alot but I can settle for a little less
