Answer
I would suggest a few that I think are very good. Olympus Tough 8010, Panasonic Lumix TS2 and Sony Cyber-shot TX5. Think that Panasonic is the most expensive from these three.
What you need to consider is how waterproof these cameras are. For example, Sony TX5 is waterproof to 10 ft, when Panasonic TS2 and Olympus Rough 8010 are both waterproof to 33ft. And Sony TX5 has got the lowest resolution from these three. It's just 10.2 megapixels. Panasonic and Olympus have a resolution of 14MP, which is quite a great difference.
Sony and Olympus offer a great feature of panoramic images. your images are automatically stitched together, which gives you the extra-wide view of the scenery.
All cameras are shock-, dust-, sand- and freeze-proof. But Olympus 8010 is also a crushproof, that is designed to withstand up to 220 pounds (100 kg).
Sony launching new waterproof camera which will be up for sale in March/April and it will have a resolution of impressing 16.2 megapixels. And it is going to be the first waterproof camera that can capture 3D still images. But probably pricey too.
There are also Fujifilm waterproof cameras, quite reasonably priced, but that wouldn't be my personal choice.

What underwater Camera do you think??

I will be going on my first scuba diving trip, i am very excited, and i want to be able to snap great pictures of everything and anything, and have decently clear pictures,
We will be going down no more then 25 ft a little under 1 atmosphere,
What camera under $50-$60 with a flash that will enhance colors, be best for this trip, we will be diving off the island of Freeport, Bahamas at around 8am to 1pm.. so the water will be fairly clear.. i have done some research online and just dont know what it is i should look for in a camera and what would be best at that depth.
Please Help..!!
Thank you in Advance :)

p.s.. $50 to $60 is what i want to spend, but i do not want to really go more then $100, it is not a camera i will use more then 2 or 3 times..

Answer
Your price range, none rated for 25 feet. The best you'll find is one of those disposables that's waterproof. They're dirt cheap at just under 20 bucks but the bad news is that they are generally rated for just 16 feet. 25 ft would probably spell the end of it. You might, just might...find one of those waterproof bags that will fit an existing camera that you own. I'm unsure of their depth rating however.
If I were in your shoes and with that budget I'd rent one. You should be able to rent a digital or film camera at any decent dive shop at your destination. Preferably you'll want one with strobe...not flash. Flash will give you some backscatter if there are any particles suspended in the water column. A strobe will help eliminate that. No strobe and you'll be more or less limited to macros (close ups). Your wide angle or long distance shots will suffer.
