Q. i am looking for a camera- that also takes good videos. it HAS TO be waterproof- so i can take pictures underwater with my friends. i reallllllyyy want the piks to be clear so good resolution. also, i want alot of space- i dont know if i just need a big storage card or what. if someone can help me out with finding the perfect camera, thatd be awesome! thatnk u so muchhhhh!!

Nikon COOLPIX L26 16.1 MP Digital Camera with 5x Zoom NIKKOR Glass Lens and 3-inch LCD is a point and shoot camera, there are a lot of options to learn, so I am taking the time to do just that! I actually read the instructions (downnloaded the PDF manual)and fleshing it out...the 3" screen was the main draw to this camera, as was the price-under $120.00, and the simple controls that sit just right of the screen....also the fact I can use regular AA batteries and/or rechargeable...comes in 3 choices of finish-red, black or silver. Good documentation available...Nice camera for the price!

I suggest you go for a time tested and popular waterproof video cam like the Kodak Playsport instead. It is a waterproof camcorder but it also takes still photos.
It's the one of the best selling waterproof camera for March this year. And it has 4 stars from 916 reviews. Impressive if you ask me. It's sold at $113
But if budget is tight and you want something similar to the Vistaquest, there's Kodak Easy Share Sport waterproof camera. The 12 Megapixel camera also takes AA batteries and is sold at around $75. It's one of the best selling waterproof camera for this month.
