Which Waterproof Camcorder?

I'm debating on which waterproof camcorder I should buy and its between the Sanyo VPC-WH1 and Sanyo VPC-CA9. I'm mostly going to use it for filming wakeboareding while on a tube so I need it to slightly be tough.
Any other suggestions to other waterproof cameras that are not to expensive would be awesome!
