What do you think of this underwater camera?

Camera type: Fujifilm FinePix XP20 14.2 Megapixels with 5x Optical Zoom.
*It is also water/shock/dust/and freeze proof

Have you used it? And do you like it? What is the quality like?

I think the Olympus is rated up to 5m depth underwater (and also shock-proof) and the Pentax only 1.5m.
