I would like a digital camera that takes high quality pictures that I can use to make photobooks, and blow up to a bigger size to frame for gifts. I had gotten the Kodak Easyshare because it was cheap, but of course the pictures turned out cheap looking. I'm looking for one now that is no more than $350, takes good quality pictures in bright light and at night, and takes pictures quickly (less lag time in between pictures). One that is waterproof would be great too, but I heard that waterproof cameras' picture quality is not as good. I'm also looking for one that reduces the blurry look when moving. Any suggestions would be great.

I would recommend Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35.It is not a waterproof camera but great features and take great pictures.
