Looking for the Perfect Digital Camera?

i want to take lots of pictures when i go on my trips around the world, and so i need a Digital Camera. The minimum features i need are: needs to be water resistant . it needs to have that auto focus thing so i can take pictures when i'm driving/riding a bike/ or dancing and its still come out clear. and i need to have a video recorder. oh and it needs to work on my MAC. i have about 350$ to spend. and if you have other suggestions please add them
