I can not promise that they are USB, but there are lots of outdoor cameras you can use to watch what is going on outside. And yes there are some on Ebay. For example I find a DIGITAL QSWLOC Addon Outdoor Wireless Cmos Camera Ebay item#390002311307. Then there is a LOREX DMC2161 Long-Range Indoor/Outdoor PC Camera ebay item#170276508631.

There were several more just look around.

ok so i bought a waterproof camera on ebay and i8 took it to a pool, but then somehow the case opened and water got in and my camera went bye bye, and that happened in april, and i tried to open it and change battery but there wasn't one and it's tape on the inside, so how do i fix it?
and the water is gone now but it wouldn't work right

What kind of camera doesn't have a battery. If it's a digicam and it got wet while it was on then it's likely the camera is damaged and costly to repair. If all the water is gone and your camera still doesn't work then you're out of luck.
